Chengxin Liu was born in Jiangxi in 1996.

He graduated from the Oil Painting Department of Central China Normal University with a bachelor’s degree in 2019 and obtained a master’s degree from the Oil Painting Department of Guangzhou Academy of Fine Arts in 2022.

He currently lives in Shenzhen.Chengxin Liu ‘s works aim to construct a group portrait of structural awakeners. He places geometric and dynamic sculptural images in a virtual space, drawing different structural perspectives from Cubism and Futurism. He studies the natural transformation between different materials, thus forming a “sculptural painting”.

He introduces “monumental” structural objects into the contemporary context, presenting the relationship between sculpture and painting in a mysterious space.
